MICROWAVE LEMON-BUTTERED TORSK Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb. torsk (cod) fillets
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Paprika

Directions:
Arrange fillets in 12"x8" glass baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
