Hamburger Casserole Recipe

1 lb. ground lean beef
1 tsp salt
1 lb. pork and beans
3/4 C bbq sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 T minced onions
1 Can flaky biscuits (9.5 oz.)
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and drain, set aside. Stir in the next five ingredients, heat with beef until bubbly.

Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
