Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Peel & seed cucumber. Grate enough to measure 1/2 cup. Combine grated cucumber and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill. Yield: about 1 cup.

This was the sauce to be used with a Savory Salmon Loaf and should work well on your Salmon Roll.
