Ingredients

  • For fruit salads.
  • 1/2 cup (1 dL) honey
  • 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 dL) lemon juice
  • Salt

Directions

Combine honey, pineapple, and lemon juice in a jar, cover with a snug-fitting lid, and shake until well blended. Add salt to taste.
Makes 3/4 cup.
