Ortega fiesta bake Recipe

1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 cup corn (canned)
1/2 cup (sm can) olives sliced
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (sm can) diced green chiles

cook beef and onion, drain.Stir in salsa,seasoning mix and water,cook until thickened. Add corn and olives. Make corn muffin mix to directions, stir in cheese and chiles. Pour meat mixture into med baking dish, cover with corn batter
mixture. bake uncovered, oven 350 for 30-35 mins.or until top is golden brown.
