Peach Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced fresh, ripe peaches
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Layer sliced peaches into crust. Beat eggs slightly. Blend in sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Stir in vanilla and cream. Pour over peaches.

Bake for 1 hour, or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve Warm
