Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cups peeled ripe melon chunks
  • 1 and 1/2 cups peeled cucumber chunks
  • 1 and 1/2 cups green grapes

Directions

Combine chicken, melon, cucumber and grapes in a bowl.

In separate bowl whisk the remaining ingrediants together to make the dressing. Add the chicken and fruits to the dressing and toss to mix.
