Chop shrimp into very small pieces, reserving liquid. Combine shrimp and crab meat. In a fondue pot or small saucepan, combine soups and cream cheese. Heat until creamy and smooth. Stir in seafood and sherry. Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes. Makes 4 cups
