Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 2 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1(12 oz)jar rasberry jam
  • 1 T. water

Directions

Combine cake mix and oats. Stir in melted margarine until mixture is crumbly. Put about 3 cups of mixture in a 9"" by 13"" pan and press firmly. Combine jam and water and spoon over crumb mixture; spread evenly. Cover with remaining crumb mixture; make top even by patting firmly.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. Servings: 10-12
