Ingredients

  • 4 big medium potatos
  • 1 cup more or less of milk
  • 3 tbls. margarine
  • 4 oz jar cheese whiz
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Bake or microware potatos until fully cooked. Slice long way in half, scoop out inside leaving shells. In large bowl, mash potatos,3 tbls margarine, cheese whiz,salt and pepper.

Mixer works best and less work on arms. Try for consistancy of heavy mashed potatos by more or less milk. Microwaving 2-3 mins all ingredients helps to liquidfy cheese whiz so you can mash everything easier. Return to shells, reheat in high oven (400) until slightly brown on tops.
