Ingredients

  • 8 med red potatos
  • 10 slices bacon or turkey bacon crumbled
  • 3 tbls. prepared mustard
  • 2 cups mayonaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 hard boiled eggs

Directions

Boil potatos in skin until they drop off fork when poked.

Cool and peel. Cut into 1 inch cubes,put in large bowl. Mash with fork the eggs in seperate bowl, add mayonaise,mustard, bacon,salt and pepper,mix well,pour over potatos and mix.

More or less mayonaise and mustard can be added to get right consistency.
