I haven't found anyone who doesn't like these potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2lbs red potatoes
  • 2pks Lipton Onions Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil or less if you want
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for real decadence

Directions

Cut potatoes into quarters if small. Put in in a 9x13 dish and sprinkle both packages of soup mix over the potatoes. Pour Olive oil over and mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for an hour or longer. Half way through you can add the butter if you want them greasy but delicious. Salt and pepper to taste.


Lots of calories and serves 6 to 8
