Shrimp de Jonge Recipe

Ingredients:
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sherry
2 cl. garlic, minced
1/2 t. paprika
1/3 c. chopped parsley
dash cayenne
2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 lbs. cleaned cooked shrimp

Directions:
Melt butter. Add garlic,parsley,paprika,cayenne & sherry. Mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in 11x7 baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over shrimp.Bake @ 325 for 20-25 min. Sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
Serves 6-8
