Hot Artichoke Crab Dip Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts1 cup mayonnaidse 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 6-oz.can crabmeat 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions:
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Drain and flake crabmeat. Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and crabmeat, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or so, until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers (goes well with Triscuits). This was a prize winner in a nutritional recipe contest I entered some years ago. It is a great hit at parties.
