Smothered Moose Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
3 - 4 pounds moose steak
1 1/2 cups flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton's Beefy Onion or Onion Soup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Pound flour into steaks, using a meat mallet. In heavy skillet, heat vegetable oil, just enough to cover bottom of skillet well. Brown steak well on both sides; don't crowd skillet. Combine soups and water. Pour over steak. Add a little more water if too thick. Stir in seasonings. Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 - 2 hours, adding more water if necessary.
