One Step Pound Cake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour2 c. sugar 1/2 t. soda 1/2 t. salt 1 t. lemon zest 1 t. vanilla 1 c. butter or margarine, softened 1 c. (8 oz.) pineapple yogurt or sour cream 3 eggs GLAZE 1 c. powdered sugar 2 T. lemon juice
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients excep[t glaze; blend at low speed.. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 minutess until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.Glaze: Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; beat until smooth. I use low-fat sour cream instead of the pineapple yogurt. This is a family favorite!!
