Ingredients:
2 catfish fillets1 Tbsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup cornmeal l cup flour oil for frying lemon wedges 2 catfish fillets 1 Tbsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup flour oil for frying lemon wedges
Directions:
Mix together the seasonings, cornmeal and flour.Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet. You need enough oil to cover the fillets about 3/4 of the way up, but don't worry, you're going to drain the fish when it's cooked. Bread the fillets on both sides and cook 4 minutes or so each side until it's a deep golden color. Drain well on paper towels. I got the recipe off the TV, and it is delicious indeed!
