Cream Cheese Fudge Recipe

  Canadian Confections

Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 ts. heavy cream
2 c. icing sugar
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate(bar or chips)
1/2 ts. vanilla
1 ts. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Whip cream cheese and cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Add melted chocolate and blend until smooth. stir in vanilla, salt, and nuts. Press into greased loaf pan. Chill and cut into squares.
