Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup hot water
2 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T Oriental sesame oil
1 T cider vinegar
1 T grated orange peel
2 t granulated sugar
1/8 t ground red cayenne pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; beat with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
Per tablespoon: 66 calories, 2 grams protein, 6 grams fat, 2 grams carbohydrate, 111 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol
