Sugarless Icing Recipe

  Canadian Cakes

Ingredients:
1 egg white
3/4 c. corn syrup
1 tb. vanilla

Directions:
Combine egg white and corn syrup top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water 7 minutes, beating continually with egg beater. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until mixture stands in peaks.
