Boiled Jelly Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 c. tart jelly
1 unbeated egg white
pinch salt

Directions:
In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients. Beat until it begins to turn foamy and smooth and shiny and soft peaks form. Remove from heat and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
