Baked Pork Chops & Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Thick Cut Loin Pork Chops
2 Medium Boiling Potatoes
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
2 Medium Onions
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Parsley Flakes
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Place Pork Chops in Glass Baking Dish. Peel and Slice Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes and Onions. Add to baking dish. Drizzle with Oil and season with Salt and Pepper (I like to go heavy on the Black Pepper!). Sprinkle with Dried Parsley. Cover tightly (Aluminum Foil or Casserole Cover will do). Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put casserole in oven, then reduce temperature to 275 degrees. Bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
