Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup margarine3 cups sugar 5 eggs 3 cups flour 3/4 cup 7-up 2T. lemon extract
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-up. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12-cup pan (tube pan). Bake at 325o for 1 hour and 15 minutes. | |
