  Greek Salad

Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive or salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 cups torn mixed greens
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can (6 oz., 1 1/2 cups) Lindsay Large Pitted Ripe Olives, drained
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup snipped parsley
2 cups (8 oz. ) crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
For dressing, in screw-top jar shake together oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.Cover and chill. In salad bowl, combine torn greens, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, radishes, onions, and parsley over greens; top with feta cheese. Shake chilled dressing and drizzle over salad; toss gently.
