Chili Rellens Casserole Recipe

  Mexican Vegetable

Ingredients:
1 (7oz.) can diced green chilies
1/4+ lb. Jack Cheese
1/4+ lb. Chedder Cheese
4 Eggs
1/3 c. Milk
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Butter 8x8"" square pan, spread chilies on bottom. Slice Jack cheese and spread all on top of chilies. Beat the eggs, flour, milk & baking powder 'til smooth & pour over Jack cheese. Slice Chedder & put on top of everything else. Bake, uncovered, at 375for 30 min. Serves 6.
This isn't as good unless it has a Slightly sweet tomato sause.
