Egg Puff Recipe

  Brunch

Ingredients:
16 slices white bread, buttered (or soft wheat bread)
12 eggs
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
1 lb. grated Jack OR cheddar cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Spray a 9 x 12 inch baking dish with vegetable spray. Place buttered bread in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and let soak overnight in refrigerator. Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour (or until set). Serves 6 to 8.
