Ingredients:
Makes about 3 (1 cup) servings1 package (10.5 oz.) soft tofu, drained 1 small ripe banana, peeled 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed 3/4 to 1 cup apple juice
Directions:
In container of electric blender, combine tofu, banana, strawberries with their liquid, and apple juice; blend until smooth.Serve chilled.Substitute your favorite fruits and juices and you can have a different smoothie every day.
