Fish Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
100 g white fish (thaw if you use frozen fish)
1 egg
salt, pepper, spices
70 g lettuce
50 g tomatoes
80 g cucumber
10 ml olive oil
20 g butter

Directions:
1. Cut the fish fillet into smaller pieces, then mix them with a blender. Add an egg, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170oC /338oF.
2. Dice vegetables and dress with olive oil. Put a piece of butter on a warm casserole when served in plate.
