Chocolate fondu Recipe

  Swiss Dessert

Ingredients:
3/4 to 1 pound dark semi-sweet chocolate
strawberries
bananas
melons
kiwis
apples
pears

Directions:
Using fondu pot, slowly melt chocolate (if pot is procelain, do it in the microwave, otherwise, if metal fondu pot, over low heat. Arrange fruits cut up in bit size pieces (use your imagination on choices) on a tray or nice serving platter. Set melted chocolate on burner and let your guests help themselves, using fondu forks. Also put out some lady fingers or other nice simple cookies to dip.
This is probably one of the easiest, most satisfying ways to entertain. Also, it is lots of fun
