Banana Pudding Recipe

  American Dessert

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 tall can water
1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Bananas, sliced
Vanilla wafers

Directions:
Cook first 6 ingredients in double boiler until thick. Pour over bananas and vanilla wafers which are layered in a bowl.
Serves 6 to 8.
To make a nearly fat free version, use fat free evaporated, fat free condensed milk and lower fat vanilla wafers. It tastes great! Original recipe by Thelma Daniel.
