Ingredients:
6 Lb. Beef Brisket*, Fat Cap Intact 1 TB kosher Salt 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp Granulated Garlic 12 Sandwich Rolls 2 Bottles Cortazzo Awesome In A Jar BBQ Sauce
Directions:
1.Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees. 2.Season Brisket Completely with Salt, Pepper & Garlic and Place on Rack in a Roasting Pan and Roast Uncovered for 2 Hours. 3.Cover Tightly With Aluminum Foil and Continue Roasting for an Additional 3 Hours. 4.Cool Brisket Slightly and Trim Off Excess Fat, Slice or Shred the Meat. 5.Mix With Cortazzo Awesome In A Jar and Warm Over Medium Heat in Crock Pot or Stovetop. Note: * Remove Meat From Refrigerator 1 Hour Before Cooking Serves 12
