Ingredients:
1cup sugar1/2 cup Light corn syrup 3 egg whites 3 Tbs. Water 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar 1 1/2 tsp. Clear vanilla
Directions:
Everything except vanilla goes in the top of a double boiler,place this on the top of rapidly boiling water and begin beating with a hand mixer on high immediately. Beat until you get stiff peaks forming, then remove top of dbl. Boiler and add vanilla, continue beating on high until the frosting holds deep swirls.On rainy days use less water.
Reg. Vanilla may be used also it doesn't effect
The color much at all.
