Chicken Saltimbocca with Finlandia Havarti Recipe

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (butterflied and pounded)
4 slices ham
8 slices Finlandia Havarti
2 eggs ? slightly beaten
1/4c flour
Salt & pepper
2c Japanese bread crumb

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Lay out pounded chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Lay one slice of ham and 2 pieces of cheese in each. Roll breast up tightly & secure with tooth pick if needed. Dip into flour, egg and then bread crumbs. (Traditional dredging procedure). Lightly spray each ?roll? with butter or olive oil-flavored baking spray such as ?Pam.?

Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Slice on a bias in 3 pieces and serve.
