Spiced Pecans Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 egg whites1/2 cup sugar Dash salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups pecans
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to coat all of the pecans. Pour into a shallow baking pan (buttered pan or sprayed with Pam) and bake at 225 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove to waxed paper while still warm. Cool. Break into individual pieces and store in an airtight container.Other spices may be added to suit personal tastes such as allspice, nutmeg, or ground cloves.
