Potato Bacon Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large baking potatoes, pared
4 or 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups cubed(8 oz.) sharp proces

Directions:
Slice potatoes onto a large sheet of heavy duty foil; sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and the bacon. Add onion and the cheese cubes. Slice butter or margarine over all. Mix on the foil; bring edges of foil up, leaving space for expansion of steam. Seal well with double fold. Place package on grill and cook over slow coals for 1 hour or till done; turning several times.
Makes 4-6 servings.
