Fiesta Caviar Pie Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped coarsely
3 T mayonnaise
1 1/2 C minced green onions
1/2 C sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 oz black caviar
1 oz each white and red caviar
1-2 lemons, wedged
sprigs of parsley
brown bread

Directions:
Combine eggs with mayo. Spread over bottom of well greased springform pan. Spring onions over eggs. In food processor blend cream cheese and sour cream. With wet spatula spread over onions. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Before serving arrange the three caviars in a pretty design. Run knife around pan to loosen. Serve with brown bread.
