Ingredients:
6 cups finely flaked cooked halibut1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 3/4 cup oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 cups mashed potatoes 2 tbs. butter Cayenne pepper 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Combine halibut, mayonnaise, oil, garlic, salt, and a few grains of cayenne. Mix thoroughly. Place mixture in shallow casserole and top with mashed potatoes. Dot potatoes with butter. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) fot thirty minutes or until potatoes are browned. Serve at once.Serves 6.
