Orange-Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups dry hot chocolate mix
rind of 1 orange, peeled in long strips about 1/2 inch wide
1 t ground cinnamon
1 large cinnamon stick, whole

Directions:
Dry the orange (see below), and break into lengths about 2 or 3 inches. Mix with the hot chocolate and cinnamon, and store in an airtight jar. Let sit 2 weeks or more to let the orange flavour come through.
Note: to dry orange peel, place on cookie sheet in a toaster oven at about 200 degress for an hour or more. You'll know it's really dry if it snaps. Note that packaged orange peel does not work for this recipe.
