Ingredients:
3 Cups Brown Rice, uncooked1 Cup Wild Rice, uncooked 1 1/2 Cups Barley, uncooked 3 Tbsp. Parsley, dried 3 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillion Granules 1 Tbsp. Basil, dried 2 Tbsp. Onion, dried minced 2 Tbsp. Garlic, dried minced 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in air tight container. Will keep several months in the cupboard.TO PREPARE: To 1 cup pilaf mix add 2 1/4 cups water and simmer about 20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving. VARIATION: In place of barley use 1 additional cup brown rice. Unknown
I find this much less expensive than the packaged mixes and a better flavor. You can change the seasonings to suit your taste. Enjoy.
