Hot Diggity Dog Sauce Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 c. chopped onion 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp salt Tabasco to taste
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet, stirring until crumbled and browned. Add onion and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot dogs, in buns. 8 to 10 servings.This is excellent, but there are tons of recipes in the Archives as well.
