Pumpkin Pie Crunch Recipe | |

Ingredients:
16 oz can pumpkin12 oz can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 yellow cake mix 1 cup butter (melted) 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Mix together: pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, spice and salt. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture (breaking up any lumps). Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle pecans on top during the last 15 minutes of baking. Top with Cool Whip. |
