Avacado and Tomato Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
Avacodo - sliced
Tomatoes - sliced
Bean sprouts - blanched
Whole wheat bread
Mayonaisse or Miracle Whip salad dressing

Directions:
This is as easy as it gets. Slice avacoda and tomatoes, blanch bean sprouts ( 3 minutes and rinse). To whole wheat bread add either mayonaisse or Miracle Whip salad dressing.
