Country Style Kale Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs. kale
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tbsp. pickle relish

Directions:
Cook the kale in 2 1/2 c. boiling salted water for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and chop; put back in saucepan and add the bacon fat and pickle relish. Heat well; season. 3 servings.
