Ingredients:
1 pound chicken livers1/2 cup dry wine 1 each chicken bouillon cube 1 teaspoon parsley -- minced 1 tablespoon minced onions 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup soft butter 1 tablespoon brandy
Directions:
Combine chicken livers in slow-cooking pot with wine, bouillon, parsley, onion, ginger, seasoned salt, soy sauce, and mustard. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours. Let stand in liquid until cool. Drain and place in blend er or food grinder. Add butter and brandy. Blend or mix until smooth.Serve with crackers or toast.
