Molasses Popcorn Balls Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1-3/4 cup light molasses2 cups sugar 2/3 cup water 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3-1/2 quarts popped corn, salted
Directions:
Combine molasses, sugar, water and vinegar. Cook to hard ball stage(250 degrees). Remove from heat; wipe crystals off pan.Add soda; stir to mix thoroughly. Pour over corn, mixing well. Shape into 2-1/2" balls. Makes 10 balls. |
