Buttermilk biscuits Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour and one egg for each cup of buttermilk. Sugar to taste. Two tablespoons of melted butter per cup of flour.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together briefly and drop on a greased griddle. Flip over when edges are dry. Keep warm covered with a tea towel until time to serve.Place a bay leaf in the flour container to keep weevils from hatching. This works in all types of flours.
