American Pork | |
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork2 tsp rubbed sage 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp ground marjoram 1/4 tsp ground thyme
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Cook in large skilet over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Drain.To make a spicier sausage add: 1/4 tsp ground cloves and 1/4 tsp ground mace to this Basic Country sausage mixture.
