Huckleberry sour cream pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 cup sour cream
1 cup huckleberries
Pastry for double crust pie

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust in 8 inch pie plate. In saucepan, mix slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and sour cream. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and fold in huckleberries. Pour into pastry-lined pan and cover with top crust (cut air vents in top crust). Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, and at 350 for 20 minutes.
