Ingredients:
4oz glutinous rice200ml thick coconut milk 50ml sugar-syrup pinch salt
Directions:
Soak the rice for at least 12 hours, then cook in steamer and allow to cool. Combine the coconut milk, sugar syrup and salt.Serve with fresh or tinned mangoes. NOTE: You MUST use the Asian Glutinous rice. The sugar syrup can be made by diluting 1/2 cup of sugar in 1/4 cup of boiling water. Tinned coconut milk is fine (but try and get the Mae Ploy brand which I find much superior to the others).
