Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 anchovies, minced
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup parsley sprigs, minced
2 tbsp. finely chopped chives

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Makes 3/4 cup. I don't know about the watercress, but I'm sure you could substitute that for the parsley. As for the garlic, well, I add garlic to almost anything so a little couldn't hurt this dressing!
